Service Supplier Route Visa

The Service Supplier route, otherwise known as Global Business Mobility, is designed for overseas workers who are undertaking temporary work assignments in the UK. This route is applicable to workers who are employed under a contract and sent to the UK by their overseas employer to work for a UK employer. This route is an ideal solution for employers looking to meet the needs of their business by bringing in workers with a specific set of skills and knowledge. It also offers the overseas worker the opportunity to gain experience and skills from the UK employer. A service supplier employed by an overseas service provider, or a self-employed independent professional based overseas may need to undertake an assignment in the UK in order to provide services that are covered by one of the UK’s international trade agreements. Depending on the nature of the services, the service supplier may need to apply for and obtain a visa in order to enter the UK. In addition, they may need to comply with the relevant provisions of the UK’s international trade agreements in order to be allowed to operate in the UK.

Called this morning to get an appointment for advice and was able to be booked in for a consultation call with Mr Amir Naviwala the same day. It took a while to get their confirmation email after I made the bank transfer, and had to call back twice to check that they'd received my payment and send me a link for the video call by email. I want to highly recommend Mohamed Osman for doing an amazing job on my application. I spoke to Amir who was very knowledgeable and kind and offered his time to guide me on an expired 5 year unmarried partner leave to remain visa. He gave me the option of completing my life in the UK test quickly and submitting my settlement visa before the 14 days of good reason visa expiration.
