Many thanks to all at Sunrise especially Ms Marriam, who helped me with my spouse visa renewal. Everything went smoothly and was fairly straight forward, they were all very happy to answer any questions I had during the whole process.Update:My spouse just received her ILR from SET (M) today. Called this morning to get an appointment for advice and was able to be booked in for a consultation call with Mr Amir Naviwala the same day. It took a while to get their confirmation email after I made the bank transfer, and had to call back twice to check that they'd received my payment and send me a link for the video call by email. I managed to speak to Mr Naviwala at the agreed time. He seemed friendly and was able to address all my concerns. I am happy with the service, thank you.

I want to highly recommend Mohamed Osman for doing an amazing job on my application. I spoke to Amir who was very knowledgeable and kind and offered his time to guide me on an expired 5 year unmarried partner leave to remain visa. He gave me the option of completing my life in the UK test quickly and submitting my settlement visa before the 14 days of good reason visa expiration. He also explained his fees and I appreciated his level of competency and urgency in helping me.
